Some might think that these suggestions are really hard to do, but really, they are basic tips that anyone can follow and have been successful over and over.
1 Food to Avoid. This includes white breads, lots of cereal products, and even the cracker-types of snacks. Think about some other things like, potato products, pastas, rice, flour,  and even cheese and processed milk products. Some foods that are  OK for you to eat are , fish, cauliflowers and chicken.

2 Ditch the soft drinks and other drinks that has sugar calories, or artificial sweeteners. Don’t drink much coffee either. Instead you want to drink at least half the weight of your body in ounces of water. That means that if you weigh 250 pounds, you should be drinking 125 ounces of water a day. This will be essential for getting the weight loss process to start.

3 Do away with wheat products. It don’t matter if the package says “whole wheat” its got to go. Check all the ingredients of everything you eat and if it has wheat in it, just don’t eat it.

These three tips are pretty easy to follow,  Yes, you will need  to adjust your eating habits a little, but it really won’t be very hard after you get started. If you consistently stick to these tips, you will be surprised at how much weight you can lose in just a few weeks.
