Your Energy Levels for Fitness

Fitness refers to the condition of our body. When our bodies are physically fit, then we should have enough energy to address all of the activities that  face us daily, and at at the end of each day, we should still have a bit of energy left over for our families.

Learning to install fitness into our daily life is where we benefit the most.  Many of us would truly want to be more physically fit; but we just don't think or put in the time it would need to take to care our bodies.
Lets get the Car fixed so its running more smoothly, Or rather sit at the table and talk to our friends or watch the latest television show, than devote fifteen minutes a day to our health.
We all know that if we do nothing to a car it will work for a while and if we don't change the oil when needed it will soon be a new car that you buy.

You can't buy a new you so you must look after yourself, just like all the other things in your life.
Walking is the best way of exercise, and will  increase your energy levels. There will be a big benefit  from adding just 15-30 minutes of walking to your daily routine.
If you was to do this each day it will increase your energy levels.Walking was suggested by my physician, and I was so impressed.  WOW my energy levels were four times what they was before I did  the walking,  I started to enjoyed what I was  achieving during the daily walks.
I also think exercise and getting  fit does something for your self esteem.

When you relax after a walk, and you start to enjoy the way your body feels, then you will not stop, That’s one of the greatest benefits of exercise and fitness, it can cost nothing unlike maintaining a car or house.
What happens to us when we become more fit? Our Life changes for the better and when we have it working at maximum capacity, then we feel great.

STOP doing the mental work all day and make it top on your list to eat right, exercise and make the most of the calories we’re consuming by burning them off afterwords.One hour lunch then spend 30 min to enjoy your lunch and then go for a walk for 20 min after even if its window shopping.
Feeling great! is the only time you will really be happy.
Get that feeling today and take one day at a time and you will be programmed in such a way it will just come natural.
keep healthy start today before its to late.
