Healthy Lifestyle


You can become healthier, happier if you make a few simple changes to your lifestyle. The changes that the you need to make, is not just changing the amount of exercise you do or your diet. The secret is when we  balance physical health, mental and spiritual that we will truly be healthy.
Exercise is an essential part, commit yourself to half-hour per day towards getting your body back into shape.it helps to keep our heart and lungs healthy. Exercise can be simply walking, Or a more vigorous routines such as aerobics , pick one you enjoy doing and set aside a specific time of day

Eating the right kind of food is the next essential step to maintaining a healthy lifestyle; our bodies need the right amount of nutrients,vitamins, and minerals to keep working at its best. To make changes to our diet is easy, Best to keep away from fast foods that contains lots of saturated fat and sugar.
Start by including more whole grains, fish, chicken and plenty of green vegetables also try to eat fresh fruit instead of juice.

Reducing stress that we have in our life plays an important part  Stress can do so much damage to our mind and body and has been linked to, sleep problems, depression and it can lower the immune system. How to cope with stress is essential to keeping yourself  full of energy. There are lots of techniques from simple breathing exercises , to yoga which is a full system for relaxation to meditation.  DVDS and CDS are available on the subject.

Lastly keeping life fun, but by no means the least important, Make time for you to do something that you enjoy and that makes you feel happy each day. Take time out each day just for you, No you are not being selfish this time is essential. Its as important as eating the right food, exercising, and reducing your stress levels, your time could be spent , reading, taking a hot soothing bath while listening to your favorite songs or spending quality time with your family. As long as it’s something you enjoy doing.
