Healthy Lifestyle


You can become healthier, happier if you make a few simple changes to your lifestyle. The changes that the you need to make, is not just changing the amount of exercise you do or your diet. The secret is when we  balance physical health, mental and spiritual that we will truly be healthy.
Exercise is an essential part, commit yourself to half-hour per day towards getting your body back into shape.it helps to keep our heart and lungs healthy. Exercise can be simply walking, Or a more vigorous routines such as aerobics , pick one you enjoy doing and set aside a specific time of day

Eating the right kind of food is the next essential step to maintaining a healthy lifestyle; our bodies need the right amount of nutrients,vitamins, and minerals to keep working at its best. To make changes to our diet is easy, Best to keep away from fast foods that contains lots of saturated fat and sugar.
Start by including more whole grains, fish, chicken and plenty of green vegetables also try to eat fresh fruit instead of juice.

Reducing stress that we have in our life plays an important part  Stress can do so much damage to our mind and body and has been linked to, sleep problems, depression and it can lower the immune system. How to cope with stress is essential to keeping yourself  full of energy. Lastly keeping life fun, but by no means the least important, Make time for you to do something that you enjoy and that makes you feel happy each day. Take time out each day just for you, No you are not being selfish this time is essential. Its as important as eating the right food, exercising, and reducing your stress levels, your time could be spent , reading, taking a hot soothing bath while listening to your favorite songs or spending quality time with your family. As long as it’s something you enjoy doing.

Don’t Break the Exercise Habit


I think starting a day with activity is the perfect way
to get started.

That way even if you have a bad day at the office, at least you have done your exercises first.

Don’t go to the gym in the afternoon as there is not much motivation if you have a bad day at work.
It can zap your motivation just like that. Then you will spend the rest of the day counting the reasons you never went to the gym or why you should not take a long walk.

Best thing to do is get some exercise out of way first thing in the morning, that way you won't have all day to think about it and make up excuses why you shouldn't go and exercise.
It is also a great sense of accomplishment to start your day with exercise. You will find your energy levels much higher throughout your day.

Have you slipped at all? Go on admit it if you have!
You don't have to hide it. In fact make sure you are not ashamed of it.
You don't want one slip to ruin your emotionally.
You have to have a tough shell when it comes to this weight loss business.
Failures and missteps happen - you need to learn to power through them.
If you have slipped out of your new healthy lifestyle recently forget it. Put it out of your head. It never happened. Forget it as if you have been doing great all this time.

Never let failure derail your efforts. Mark it up as a lesson learned and move on.


I know most of us don't like standing on the scales. When you start trying to lose weight
You need to check your results so you know if you are doing well or not.
You don't want to obsess over it though. I don't think you need to weigh yourself daily.  I do think you should do it occasionally though. I suggest weekly mark you results down.
